Each edition is funded through a small number of carefully chosen advertisers.

We manage everything – from advertiser communication to artwork, placement and invoicing – so the process is completely seamless for your team.

Parents and alumni are offered priority access to advertise in support of the school, with preferential rates for members of the school community, followed by a small number of relevant local and regional businesses. Every advertiser is carefully selected to ensure suitability for your school community.

Schools retain full visibility and approval of all advertising, ensuring every edition reflects your values and standards.

We secure around 10–15 carefully selected advertisers per edition that are a natural fit for your school community.

Parents and alumni are offered the opportunity to support the school first, allowing them to promote their businesses while contributing to a valued publication.

How often will we publish?

TimesEd newspapers are published twice yearly, which is the most effective rhythm for schools.

This keeps communications fresh, supports recruitment cycles and avoids unnecessary pressure on staff time.

What kind of content should we include?

A mix of repurposed and new content works best, including pupil work, interviews, match reports, performances, leadership speeches, alumni news, history, puzzles and lighter features.
